This Return Policy applies to purchases made through our website and is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the consumer guarantees set forth by the New South Wales (NSW) Fair Trading.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind. Please choose your products carefully and ensure that they meet your requirements before finalizing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or very different from the description provided on our website, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

To initiate a return for a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at concierge@perenn.is with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue or damage
  • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage
  • Your preference for a repair, replacement, or refund

We may require you to return the product to us for inspection. If the product is determined to be faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Process for Returns

Once your return request has been received and approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exclusions

Please note that this Return Policy does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear of the product
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions
