Perennial Club Program

The Perennial Club ("Program") is a rewards program offered by Perennis Holdings Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to customers of our online store. The Program allows members to earn points, known as "Perennial" ("Perennial Points"), which can be redeemed for discounts and other benefits.

Membership

The Program is open to all customers who are at least 18 years of age and who have a valid email address. Membership is free and no purchase is required to join. By joining the Program, members agree to these terms and conditions.

Joining the Program

Customers can join the Program by creating an account on our website. Upon joining, members will receive a welcome bonus of Perennial Points, the amount of which is subject to change at our discretion.

Earning Points

Customers earn Perennial Points on all qualifying purchases, with the exception of discounts, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees. Perennial Points are also earned through participation in certain activities as designated by us, which may include but are not limited to posting product reviews, referring friends, or sharing on social media.

The amount of Perennial Points awarded for purchases and designated activities are determined by us and may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice.

Please note that Perennial Points are not earned on returned items.

Redeeming Points

Perennial Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The value of Perennial Points is determined by us and may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice.

Expiration of Points

Perennial Points do not expire as long as the member's account remains active. An account is considered active if there has been at least one qualifying purchase in the past 36 months. If there has been no purchase activity on the account for 36 consecutive months, all accumulated Perennial Points will be forfeited.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a member's account and revoke all accumulated Perennial Points if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the member has violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or misused the Program.

Tier System Overview

The Program includes a tier system, which allows members to unlock additional benefits and rewards based on their level of spending. There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Perennial.

Please note that the qualifications for each tier, the benefits associated with each tier, and the structure of the tier system itself are subject to change at our discretion. We will notify you of any changes to the tier system, but it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the Program rules and tiers.

Qualifying for Tiers

Qualification for each tier is based on the total spend on qualifying purchases made by a member during their lifetime. The required spend for each tier is as follows:

Bronze: $1,000 - $4,999

Silver: $4,999 - $19,999

Gold: $20,000 - $49,999

Diamond: $50,000 - $999,999

Perennial: $1,000,000 and above

Tier Benefits

Each tier includes its own set of benefits. These benefits may include, but are not limited to, early access to sales, exclusive promotions, and bonus Perennial Points. Specific benefits for each tier will be communicated to members upon reaching that tier and are subject to change at our discretion.

Tier Review

Members' tier status is determined by their total spending over the lifetime of their account, starting from their date of enrollment in the Program. Once a tier is reached, the member will maintain that tier status indefinitely, provided their account is not terminated.

No Sale or Transfer of Perennial Points

Perennial Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, auctioned, or otherwise exchanged for value. Points have no cash value and are solely a part of our Program. Any attempted sale or transfer of points will result in the immediate termination of the member's account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any changes to the Program will be posted on our website.
